Last night the pickings at home were slim and I didn’t feel like going out so I quickly threw together a meatball & tater tot casserole concoction. It wasn’t bad (with ketchup & hot sauce), but not exactly mouth watering either…admittedly not one of the better things I’ve come up with. That said, here’s the recipe.
